The reasonings in Earl 'Chinna' Smith's courtyard are getting more and more lively. After Linval Thompson it is now Cedric Myton's (the legendary falsetto of The Congos) turn to go in search of the roots of his music. The end result is sort of an unplugged Congos album. The acoustic versions of classics like 'Congo Ashanti' or 'Children Crying' are highly enjoyable and from the whole Inna De Yard-series, this is definitely the most accessible album. Another big thumbs-up for the Makasound label!
