Cool Runnings is one of the longest running projects in Bristol's reggae history, but the band's output limited itself to exactly one 12 inch ('Robin Hoods Of The Ghetto'). Until now that is, as thanks to keyboardist Mark Tuck and guitarist George Condover - both smart enough to guard the countless master tapes in their possession with their lives - twenty years after the break-up of the band, their debut album 'Cool Runnings' still sees the light. On 'Cool Runnings' the band effortlessly alternates between solid roots ('Children Of Zion', 'We Must Go Home') and lovers rock ('Give Me Some Interest', 'There You Go'), making it an enjoyable discovery!
