For years Serbian singer and multi-instrumentalist Igor Vince toured with well-known world music stars like Fatoumata Diawara, Tony Allen or Femi Kuti, but in 2011 he decided to start focusing on a career of his own. With his long player debut Vince decent afrobeat and reggae might just as well come from the Balkans. The most catching tune in the track list is opener and title track 'Let's Do It', for which Femi Kuti lent a helping hand, a favor Vince expressed his gratitude for in 'Thank You Femi'. From a musical point of view there's nothing wrong with 'Je Ne Suis Pas Du Tout Simple', but what possessed Igor to want to sing in French absolutely is an absolute mystery to us, making this the only miss in the track list. For 'Find Love', a duet with Jamaican artist Tommy T (not to be confused with Thomas 'Tommy T' Gobena, bass player with gypsy-punk band Gogol Bordello), Igor ventures into reggae and of 'Sve Je U Redu' ("everything is ok") he also recorded a reggae version. For lovers of salsa and other Latin genres there's 'Que Voy Hacer Si Me Faltas'. Varied debut by a Serbian world citizen.
