Imam Baildi (also spelled "imam bayildi"), is the name of a Turkish-Greek dish Wikipedia describes as: eggplant stuffed with onion, garlic and tomato, braised in olive oil and served at room temperature, but it's also the name of a Greek band centered around brothers Lysandros and Orestis Falireas. If you hadn't guessed it yet, 'III' is the band's third album and offers of mix of Greek rebetiko (for 'Argosvinis Moni' Iman Baildi remixed the song by the same name composed by Vasilis Tsitsanis as recorded in 1947 by Ioanna Georgakopoulou and Stelios Perpiniadis, and 'Moumoura' is also a reworking of one of Tsitsanis' compositions) with influences from trip hop, hip-hop ('Mistirio', 'Baila Cifteteli') and dub/reggae ('Simioma').
