Some thirty years after his sudden death in 1984 and on the occasion of the thirty-fifth anniversary of the release of 'Rasta Communication' - generally regarded as singer/musician/producer Keith Hudson's masterpiece - the Greensleeves label signs for a deluxe reissue of the album. For this 'Rasta Communication - Deluxe Edition' the original 10 tracks were supplemented with an equal amount of dub versions and a number of rarities. At the time Hudson was known as the "Dark Prince of Reggae" and his somewhat darker approach of reggae is at times less accessible; a fact that certainly shouldn't be blown out of proportion as 'Rasta Communication' is a true roots reggae classic.
