Nice album cover, but, as yet another offering from the ever expanding musica mestiza family, Los Impagaos ("the unpaid") remain somewhat in the shadow of their bigger brothers and sisters. Their album debut, 'No Lo Intenten En Casa' ("don't try this at home") is clearly aimed at the Spanish pop market, but we've heard more exciting things coming out of Barcelona. Those who take the effort to listen to the album in its entirety are rewarded with three Achilifunk remixes by DJ Txarly Brown; without a doubt the best tracks on the album. Los Impagaos definitely show potential, but 'No Lo Intenten En Casa' falls a bit short.
