It's kind of last-minute, but with 'True Stories Of Mark Wonder And Friends' the Irievibrations label still delivers one of the best reggae albums of 2010. For real reggae fanatics Mark Wonder will be no stranger, but the average European reggae amateur might not know his name yet. Nevertheless Wonder is rated among the best Jamaican voices of his generation and judging from the "friends" he managed to persuade to join him for this album, Wonder also enjoys the respect of his colleagues. Those among you who've enjoyed the more popular riddims of the last few years (Senior, Addicted To Music, Security, Kiana, Tsahai...) will also get their fill with this album. Finally, it's also nice to hear from artists who've disappeared from the radar a bit, people like Jahmali, Everton Blender or I Wayne, again.
