After Black Roots and Jashwha Moses, Bristol Archive Records' re-releases have now also inspired the members of Talisman to pick up their instruments again and record some new work. The result is the aptly titled 'I-Surrection', an almost classic UK showcase style roots album containing six new songs and as many dub versions. Talisman has managed to let 'I-Surrection' sound as if time since the beginning of the nineteen eighties has stood still. A younger audience might find this kind of album less appealing, but older reggae lovers, who already enjoyed these kind of vibes back in the day, will gladly add 'I-Surrection' to their collection.
