For his second long player Bulgarian techie Nikola Gruev aka Kottarashky decided to broaden his horizons and work with a real band. Together with befriended musician Hristo Hadzhiganchev (keyboard, guitar, vocals) he went in search of some like-minded souls and they ended up becoming The Rain Dogs. In Bulgarian, "kottarashky" means something like "tomcat" and 'Demoni' is full of references to cats: there is Theodore Ushev's successful album cover (also check out the clip for 'Demoni'), the choice as The Rain Dogs for a band name (a nod to the popular saying "as cat and dogs") and finally there's 'Begemot', a song for which Kottarashky collaborated with New Zealander Tui Mamaki (singer with The Mamaku Project) referring to a character (the cat-demon Behemoth) from "The Master And Margarita", a novel by Russian author Mikhail Bulgakov.
