After the disappointing 'Love Is In The Air' (of which the title track reappears on 'Tell Me How Me Sound') Warrior King seems to be on the right track again. Like on his debut album 'Virtuous Woman', Warrior King, who for this album collaborated with producer Colin 'Bulby' York, returns to using vintage riddims (Natural Mystic, Midnight Hour, General Penitentiary...). Among the nineteen tracks on 'Tell Me How Me Sound' we only discovered one real stinker (the vocoder driven 'Wanting You', like 'Love Is In The Air' taken from Warrior King's previous album). Warrior King's 'Tell Me How Me Sound' question can be answered with a resounding: "Wicked!"!
