'Part & Parcel' is The Skints' ("skint" = broke) second album. This Cockney foursome has clearly been inspired by bands like The Specials and Madness but in certain songs (especially those featuring singer Marcia Richards) Prince Fatty's production resembles his work with Hollie Cook. This might be one of the bands to watch in 2013!
